"I've never had anything like this happen in my life," DEVILDRIVER frontman Dez Fafara tells Rock Sound. "We were driving through Germany and Belgium, pulled over to get gas at four in the morning and everyone said, 'Where's the fucking trailer?!' We drove back an hour and a half on the autobahn. I was the first one that saw it and just started yelling, 'Trailer! "At 70mph, this huge trailer, I have no idea how, gently pulled over to the curb and parked itself. None of the gear was fucked up. By all rights it should have flipped over and done a million fucking turns. We're very fortunate nobody got hurt." DEVILDRIVER will release its fourth full-length album, "Pray For Villains", on July 14 via Roadrunner Records. The effort — which will also be made available as a special-edition CD/DVD package featuring three bonus tracks, a behind-the-scenes DVD and expanded artwork — was recorded at Edge of the Earth studios in Los Angeles with producer Logan Mader (FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, GOJIRA, DIVINE HERESY).
